jcard.studio is run by S Hills in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@jcard.studio.

Using jcard.studio

You can design J-cards and download watermarked versions for free, with no account. Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break it, overload it or get around the payment.

Your designs

You keep all rights to what you make. You're responsible for the text and images you add, so only use material you have the right to use. That means not using album artwork or photos without permission. Your designs and images stay in your browser. We don't upload or store them.

The 24-hour pass

• The pass costs £1.99. The full price, including any tax, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• It unlocks high-resolution PNG and print-ready PDF downloads without a watermark. You can download as many as you like for 24 hours from the time you pay.
• The pass is saved in the browser you paid in. If you clear your cookies or switch device during the pass, email us with your receipt and we'll get it working again.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe may act as the reseller ("merchant of record") for your purchase. In that case your receipt comes from Stripe's checkout service, Link, and Stripe's own terms for the sale also apply.

Cancellations and refunds

The pass is digital content that starts as soon as you pay. When you pay, you ask for it to start straight away and agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once it starts, so we can't refund a pass because you've changed your mind.

If the pass doesn't work or the files are faulty, email hello@jcard.studiowith your receipt. We'll fix the problem, and if we can't, we'll refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Printing

Cards are sized to fit a standard cassette case, but printers vary. Print at 100% or "actual size", and try a test print on plain paper first. We can't cover the cost of paper, ink or printing.

Changes to the service

We may change, pause or close jcard.studio. If we close it while your pass is active, we'll refund you. We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you bought your pass.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it, for example for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
